"l had 27 trees on my small lot before Hurricane Michael roared thru like the Tasmanian Devil. 5 trees split my home in half, 20 others fell. It was a nightmare. Joe & David arrived just hours after the roads were open to travel. They immediately assessed the situation, and took action. They supervised the crane and tree crews as they cut and lifted all those trees off of my house and on the property. They quickly tarped my roof so no further water intrusion would occur and began the water extraction & mold/mildew remediation. "My insurance adjuster underpaid my roof damage claim. The knowledgeable staff at Midway helped guide me thru the claims process, and with their help we were able to supplement the claim with Contractor-Certified documents detailing the amount and extent of damage above what was originally adjusted. They agreed and paid to replace my roof. That's a big deal, because in a re-roof, David explained, they would re-nail all my deck boards to current code; with  partial repair, much of my roof would have been under Florida Building Code specs.

 My wife and I feel much better now that we have a new GAF roof system. It looks great, is much safer than before, and it only took three weeks to  be installed. We are one of the few here that have already been adjusted, paid and re-roofed.  All due to the professionalism of the Team at Midway. We are happy!"
